PRASHANTA RICHEN

Prashanta Richen obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of the Witwatersrand, and is a talented trial and commercial attorney. She a Director and Owner at Richen Attorneys, a 100% black female youth owned law firm in Fairmount.

Prashanta was appointed as the Chief Legal Officer at the JYCCI, where she drafts and/or vets all agreements between the JYCCI and any other organisation, drafts policies and procedures, interprets legal documentation for the members, and fulfils another legal functions required by the JYCCI.

Prashanta is has an entrepreneurial spirit and as such she sits as a director on a number of company boards as an executive or non-executive director.

DURON PILLAY

Duron is a multi-skilled and talented individual with 11 years of experience in the logistics and refurbishment industry.

Duron began his entrepreneurial career in the food and restaurant industry over a decade ago; shortly thereafter he owned and operated a thriving logistics company transporting foam matrasses for Fairprice and subsequently VitaFoam. Whilst pursuing his career in logistics Duron commenced work on a small scale in the construction and refurbishment industry, where he carried out renovations and interior design for private home owners. Basic renovations included; painting, tiling, carpentry, plumbing, bathroom and kitchen renovations.

Duron recently exited the logistics sector to pursue his passion and a fulltime career in construction.
